The Danelec DM100 S-VDR G3 is a simplified voyage data recorder with a fixed protective capsule, built on the new DM100 G3 platform. It is certified to IACS UR E27 and IEC 61162-460 Ed. 3.0, holds IMO and DNV type approval, and is supported until 2040.
The G3 platform adds SWAP technology for unit replacement without rewiring, remote health monitoring and configuration through Danelec Safety Insights, remote operational performance testing, and full compatibility with previous Danelec VDR models.
