How to order

Placing an order

  1. Find the product in the Shop, by category or by brand, and add it to your order. Each product page shows the price and the delivery status (in stock or on order).
  2. Go to checkout and enter the delivery address. For vessel deliveries, add the vessel name, IMO number, ship agent and ETA in the order notes.
  3. Pay by card, or choose invoice payment if this has been agreed with us.
  4. You receive an order confirmation by email. The contract is concluded when we dispatch the goods or confirm the order in writing.

Prices

All prices are shown in euros (EUR). Any applicable taxes and the shipping cost are shown at checkout before you pay.

Products marked Price on request are not sold through the checkout. Add them to your order and send it to us as a quote request, or email sales@smartmarine.ee with the product name or part number and the quantity. We reply by email with the price, availability and delivery time.

Payment

Card payment is available at checkout. Business customers can pay by invoice where agreed in advance; the standard payment term is 7 days from the invoice date. Email sales@smartmarine.ee with your company details to set this up.

Delivery

We deliver worldwide – to homes, offices, warehouses, shipyards, ship agents and directly to vessels. Shipping cost depends on destination, weight and size and is shown at checkout or on the invoice. For deliveries outside the EU, an export declaration fee applies and import duties and taxes at destination are paid by the buyer.

In-stock items are dispatched from our warehouse. Items marked On order are ordered from the manufacturer for your order; the lead time depends on the manufacturer and is confirmed before dispatch. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is made within 30 days of receipt of payment.

On delivery

Please inspect the goods on delivery and report any damage or missing items within 5 business days. Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. Specially ordered, configured or licensed products cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Full conditions are in the Terms of service.
