VHF Radio

Marine VHF radio is the primary short-range communication link at sea. A fixed VHF DSC Class A radio provides Digital Selective Calling for GMDSS distress alerts, routine calls and watch-keeping on channel 70.

For fixed installations we supply the SAILOR 7222 and Lars Thrane LT-8100S VHF DSC Class A radios, the SAILOR 6210, the ICOM IC-GM600 and IC-M423GE, the Marinelite VHF9000, the em-trak X100 combined VHF and AIS system, and the Jotron TR-910 offshore radio.

For survival craft and on-deck work we supply GMDSS handheld VHF radios such as the Jotron Tron TR30, SAILOR SP3520 and McMurdo R5, the SAILOR 6249 survival craft VHF, and the ATEX certified SAILOR SP3530 and SP3540 for tankers, gas carriers and offshore units. The Jotron TR30 AIR covers emergency aeronautical communication.

You will also find handsets, control speaker microphones, VHF antennas, lithium batteries, chargers and holders. For a full GMDSS radio package, email sales@smartmarine.ee.
