The new SRT family of radar Sensors has been designed in order to allow a direct coupling between the transceiver, the rotary joint
and the antenna; the major advantages of this configuration are the simplified installation activities and the minimization of the RF losses
in the path between antenna and transceiver, so increasing also the overall radar performances.
The interface with the console employs a single connector ended cable that allows controlling and tuning of electronics remotely from the radar display, without necessity to open the external radar case.
The Transceiver features new compact electronics with a high integration level derived from a well-tested design.
